Is MWH (MoonWater Herbals) a family-owned business?

Yes, I am the CEO and founder, a Registered Nurse for over 38 years, and I have a Master's Degree and 36 hours of Doctoral Studies in Nursing. I have been studying the art of folk remedies and ancient practices for over a year now. MWH salves and oils are made in small batches. We have two small farms in Northern Alabama, where we grow our herbs and plants without using any chemicals or pesticides. Next spring, I plan to expand our herb garden to include calendula, comfrey, and mullein.

What ingredients are in MWH healing salves?

All of our salves contain a base of either mango or unrefined shea butter, vitamin E oil, jojoba oil, and a blend of essential oils, depending on your choice of fragrance. Our essential oils include peppermint, frankincense, and myrrh. Additionally, we use wild-sourced and hand-foraged herbs and plants such as Usnea (Old Man's Beard), goldenrod, late boneset, and lemon balm.
